Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") define the conditions of use for SpotMoji (hereinafter "Service"). All users (hereinafter "Users") who use this Service are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (User Registration)

This Service can be used without member registration. However, some features may require registration in the future.

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using this Service:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activities
• Acts that infringe on intellectual property rights including copyrights and trademarks contained in this Service
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of this Service
• Acts of unauthorized access or attempts thereof

Article 4 (Suspension of Service Provision)

The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of this Service without prior notice to Users if it determines that any of the following reasons exist.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, etc. of this Service.

Article 6 (Changes to Terms of Service)

The Company may change these Terms at any time without notice to Users when deemed necessary. If a User starts using this Service after changes to these Terms, the User is deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. In case of disputes regarding this Service, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
